You are automatically entered in the sweepstakes each time you complete and redeem one of these coupons. Be sure to indicate on the coupon which one of the three prizes you wish to play for. You may also enter by hand-printing your name, complete address and indicating the prize you wish to play for on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mailing it in an envelope to: Robitussin "Dr. Mom" $25,000 Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 8558, Prospect Hts, IL 60070; OR you can also enter online at the sweepstakes area at www.Robitussin.com beginning 10/20/02. Coupons must be redeemed by 3/31/03, and all other entries must be postmarked or e-mailed by 11:59PM (ET) 03/31/03 and received by 04/07/03. Limit: one electronic entry per person and per e-mail address. You may enter as often as you wish by coupon or mail, but each entry must be redeemed or mailed separately.

DRAWING: One Winner for each prize will be selected on or about 06/30/03 by an independent judging organization at random from among all valid entries received for the applicable prize. Each valid entry is eligible only for the one prize indicated on the entry.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes begins 10/20/02, ends 03/31/03 and is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older, except employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising, promotion and judging agencies and the immediate families or household members of each. Void in P.R. and where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. PRIZES: Three (3) Three Prizes: 1.) A 42" HDTV plasma TV monitor 2.) A trip for 4 persons to Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL; trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation between major airport nearest winner's home and Orlando, FL, hotel accommodations (2 rooms/ double occupancy) for five (5) nights, park entry fees for 3 days, plus $4,500 cash; winner and guests must travel together; all expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation, taxes and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner; some blackout dates may apply at hotel or on air travel; trip must be completed by 8/31/04; actual value may vary depending on point of origin and time of travel. 3.) GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: Prize winners will be notified by certified mail and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 21 days of attempted delivery of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and award of prize to alternate winner. Travel companions of Walt Disney World winner, (or their parents or legal guardians if companions are minors) must complete and return a liability/publicity release prior to departure. Odds of winning each prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received designating that prize. Approximately 90 million Sweepstakes Coupons will be made available. By entering, all entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and the judges' decisions which are final and binding in all matters. Prizes are non-transferable. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. If winner is a minor, prize will be awarded to parent or legal guardian. By accepting any prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the employees, officers and directors of all such entities, from all liability with respect to acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the prize awarded.
